People mostly use email and instant messaging as well as social media platforms and video conferencing tools, All to stay in touch with friends, family, and colleagues. Businesses also use the internet however, Most commonly to communicate with customers and suppliers, and to manage remote teams.

Online shopping has become very popular with people using e-commerce websites like Amazon and eBay to purchase goods and services from anywhere in the world, transforming the way we shop. Online banking and financial services have also become more prevalent allowing people to manage their finances from the comfort of their own homes or across the globe.
